Frequently Asked Questions
Do I get to choose my meals?
Localchef Menu is 21+ Meals. We serve 7 unique meals per week. Rotates after the 3rd week. Each week you can choose or skip meals based on your preference. Simply let us know through email, text, call, or live chat by friday of that week. (Week 4 meals coming soon)
How are the meals prepared?
We work with some of the best chefs in the Orlando Area to help bring high quality, healthy, delicious meals to you every week. Several work out of their own proper commissary kitchens. Ingredients always purchased day of preparation and delivery is always immediately after cooking.
What meals am I getting?
The meals you will be receiving is based on the week we are currently on. On the Menu page of this site you can see which week we are on and what food to expect based on the foods listed underneath. If theres something you'd like to avoid simply reach out and we can double up or skip a meal within the same week.
What meals am I getting for my meal plan?
Regardless on whether you are ordering the Get lean, Eat Clean or Gain Muscle Plan. The menu is the same 21+ meals listed on the menu page. Macros are adjusted to fit your meal plan. Macros for each meal plan are listed on the menu page.
When do I receive my meals?
We provide doorstep delivery every Sunday between 6:30-8pm. Order by Friday night to receive them that Sunday.
Are Meals Frozen?
Meals are never frozen, or shipped. We cook everything local and fresh day of delivery with no additives or preservatives.
Do I have to Subscribe?
No. You can order one time only, or subscribe and save! You can pause, skip a week or cancel anytime.
How long do meals last?
Meals last between 5-7 days in the fridge. You can store in freezer beyond that point.
Best way to warm up meals?
We recommend to use an air-fryer to warm up meals. Microwave and oven also work fine.
